Dear families,

Thank you for your generous donations to Children In Need. It is amazing in these difficult times that the Old Oak community finds the spirit to care beyond our own context. The school raised £273.00 and at such short notice too! The money will be sent off as soon as we can. Thanks again. 

The children are continuing to work really hard and I have given out numerous stamps of excellence for great work again this week. The proud smile on children's faces makes my job worthwhile. The resilience continues to amaze me.

Please follow the guidance about distancing, mixing with others and staying safe - we all have a duty to look after each other to keep the school going.

To that end, can you please stand clear of the gates at the end of the day and not crowd around the barrier. Children are sometimes having to walk on the road to avoid the larger groups to get to parents who are waiting away from the entrance gate.
