The children are gradually settling into the school year, and time is flying by. Our days are full of meaningful and creative learning. We're nearly finished with our class book, Beowulf, and everyone is enjoying our topic on the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings.

While our curriculum keeps us busy, the highlight of the week is swimming. The children are always exhausted by the end of it, but they finish with smiles on their faces!

I almost forgot to mention that drumming lessons with Mr. Pickett will be starting in the next week or two , which will add even more excitement to our days.
